To help you feel at home as quickly as possible, we'd like to provide you with this short guide containing all the essential information about our hotel and the surrounding area.

Of course, we are always happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Arrival and Departure Times:
On your arrival day, your room will be ready from 2:00 PM. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM and return your room key to reception. For a fee of €50.00, and upon request to reception, you may be able to extend your departure time.

Adapters:
Adapters for international sockets and chargers are available for loan at reception.

Bicycles:
You are welcome to rent bicycles from our small rental shop located directly in the building.

Bicycle Storage:
You are welcome to store your own bicycles in our bicycle garage, where charging facilities are available. The bicycle storage can be locked and unlocked with your room key.

Breakfast:
From 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Children:
We welcome children. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum in the hotel.

Children's Playground:
You are welcome to use our children's playground until 9:00 p.m. The trampoline may only be used by one person at a time and without shoes. Parents are responsible for their children. If you would like to play basketball, soccer, or table tennis and do not have your own balls or rackets, please come to reception.

Coffee & Tea:
On the first floor, you will find a shelf with kettles, tea, and coffee. These are available for your use free of charge.

Credit Cards:
You can pay your room bill with Visa, Mastercard, or Eurocard. American Express is not accepted.

Day of rest:
May - October: Wednesdays and Saturdays
November - April: Wednesdays and Thursdays

Drinking Water:
The tap water is safe to drink.

Entrance door:
Our front doors are locked from approximately 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please always take your room key with you. This opens the door at the back entrance.

Flowers:
Flowers can be ordered through reception.Gift Certificate:
As a gift for a special occasion, you can give a stay with us. We will gladly issue you a gift certificate.

Half-board:
Half-board for hotel guests is served daily from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Hiking Map:
Detailed hiking and cycling maps of our surroundings are available for purchase at reception. Price: €6.00.

Lost and Found:
Lost and found items are kept for a period of time. If you are missing something, please report it to reception.

Luggage Service:
Upon request, we will gladly assist you with your luggage and store it safely.

Lunch package:
We are happy to prepare a lunch packages for you upon request. The price for a lunch package is €8.50. Our lunch packege consist of the following:

2 bread rolls filled with your choice of sausage and cheese
1 chocolate bar
1 piece of fruit
1 0.5 L PET bottle of water (still/sparkling)

Newspaper:
The current daily newspaper, the Allgäuer Zeitung, is available for you in the lounge every morning.

Parking:
Free parking is available at the hotel.

Pets:
We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms.

Pillows:
Do you require additional pillows? Please ask our housekeeping staff or reception.

Printing Service:
If you have documents to print, please send them to us by email at info@hotel-waldmann.de. We will gladly print these for you in color.

Quiet hours from 10 pm:
We're sure you'll agree that we should allow all our guests a well-deserved rest. Please cooperate and keep noise to a minimum in the hotel.

Reception:
Our reception is staffed from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
(On the rest day, the reception is closed in the evening.)

Restaurant:
Open from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Hot meals are served from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Room Bill:
You are welcome to settle your hotel bill the evening before your departure. Cashless payment is possible with EC card or Visa/Mastercard.

Safe:
We will gladly store your valuables in our company safe upon request.

Smoking:
Since January 2008, smoking has been prohibited in all restaurants in Bavaria. All our guest rooms are also non-smoking! Smoking is permitted on the balconies.

Taxi:
If needed, we will gladly call a taxi for you at reception.
If you would like to call a taxi yourself, please dial +49 8362 6222.

Towels:
Terry towels are changed as needed. A towel on the floor means it has been changed; a towel on the holder means it has been reused.

Umbrellas:
Available upon request at reception for a deposit.

Vending Machine:
There is a vending machine for our guests on the ground floor. You are welcome to exchange bills for coins.

WiFi:
For free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, please connect to the "Waldmann-Guest" network. The password is "Waldmann2023".
